Dealing with neighbourhood problems
Often these problems are small, and can be fixed by talking to the other person. If you want some help, the LSG and/or the Community Mediation Service, where available, can help you.
If your neighbours often cause problems with loud unruly behaviour, domestic disputes or noisy parties, you should contact the Police or seek help from the Community Mediation Service
If you cannot obtain the help you need then discuss the matter with your LSG Tenant representative.(Please note that the LCHSU has a grievance procedure at the end of the tenants handbook which you should have received upon gaining tenancy (you can download one here), or you may wish to ask for support which can be obtained from your LSG Tenant representative).
